god

If you want to find out whether something exists or not, first you must define it; only then, when you know what you are looking for, is it possible to find out whether it exists or not.

It is the same with god; first, it is necessary to define what is meant by the word “god”. Only then, when it is known what it means, is there a possibility of finding out if such a thing or being exists.

1. Define god
2. Find out if a being such as God, as you define it, actually exists.

A) If you want god to exist, then you must do the following:
1. Define god as something that exists (for example, Existence)

B) If you don’t want God to exist, then you must do this other thing:
1. Define god as something that does not exist (for example, god as defined in the Bible, the Quran, Talmud, etc.)

To my cats, I could certainly be a god. I am their source of food, shelter, and medicines, and, in a practical sense, I love them unconditionally, and their very existence depends on me (the life expectancy of street cats is only 3–4 years, while domestic cats can live 16 years).

Wouldn’t it be great if we could have something similar? Some kind of furry being that could be our source of food, shelter, medicines, etc. We would certainly call such a being God.

Well, NEWSFLASH! Such a being already exists! We call it nature or the Cosmos.
