only one existence exist

--

your mind can — and it will and does — divide this into as many “planes of existence” as you choose to devise; but this is just a mindgame, not the essential nature of existence itself, which is indivisible and just one.

There is nothing to free, nothing to transcend, but our own awareness-limitation. Once we become aware this so called “limitation” is just a fictional barrier we are playing with, we also become aware at last of always having been complete and whole.

we just thought we were sick
but it was just a sickly disguise
that prevented us to realise
we have always been perfect
whole and splendid as the sun

“no guru, no method and not teacher” — just grace — “and you and I and nature, in the garden, wet with rain” (Van Morrison)
