it feels like the youth of a thousand summers
it feels alright it feels
like we ought to always have felt
like we felt before the storm
like we forgot what we were born for
to be and not to think
and not to seek
admiration
neither greed
wealth
nor out of fear
safety
but just to be
— just let ourselves become
whatever the cosmos wills
satisfied with ourselves
and the world
just as it is
no less and no more
